When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. This number links to our carrier's website, where you can track your order's progress.

You will find the different filters on different platforms, you just need to select the one corresponding to your product.

By going to the gift at the bottom right of our site, a page will open offering you to create an account or to log in, an account is automatically created when you place an order with the email that you have provided to us.

After logging in, still on the small gift, it displays the number of points you have collected, your activity and the tab to get a voucher.

We accept payments by credit cards, PayPal and ShopPay.

Order preparation takes an average of 3 to 4 days. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and the country of delivery.

• France: between 2-3 days
• Europe: between 4-5 days
• Switzerland: between 4-5 days
• Outside Europe: between 4-25 days

During the December holiday period, delays should be expected due to carriers being overloaded during these dates.

Orders made outside the European Union may incur customs charges.

We do not cover these costs , check the rules in your country to find out what costs you may have to pay.

Returns and exchanges are possible if the color, size, or product doesn't suit you. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it to us.
